The Challenge
CMI Academy's flagship leadership program, 'Future-Ready Leader,' was targeting Mongolia's most ambitious corporate professionals. The event needed a visual identity commanding enough to attract senior executives while also feeling forward-thinking and energetic — the tension between authority and innovation had to be carefully balanced in every design decision.
Our Solution
We built the event identity around a bold typographic system anchored by a custom program mark that fuses the idea of upward trajectory with a sense of structured knowledge. The deep purple palette signals prestige and transformation. We delivered a comprehensive event kit covering social awareness campaigns, on-site environmental graphics, speaker presentation templates, and post-event documentation — all cohesively branded to leave a lasting impression on attendees.
